I think it looks like the a time machine dematerializing into the time vortex ala Doctor Who's TARDIS. Maybe the egg heads at the Pentagon finally perfected a time machine and Bush and Cheney are going back in time to fix things. That would make an excellent T.V show. Bush in Cheney getting into jams throughout time, but instead of putting everything back by the end of the episode each show could end by them invading some small country. There are a lot of small countries, so it could go on for many years. Good times.
What, you two aren't for erecting physical borders around the U.S.??? You know those Canadians are itching to start a revolution. Watch out, now that we're getting political, Big Brother is reading this over our shoulders.....
